A narrow max aperture, ultra-wide angle lens with its generally deep depth of field is not going to be overly challenging to an AF system, but I find the Sigma 8-16 to be focusing consistently accurately. FTM (Full Time Manual) focusing is enabled in the Sigma 8-16.
